I contacted this company for assistance in helping me move to my new location. This company helped me move on 5/23/2020 to my new location and I was under the impression that they were a professional moving service. I had boxed all of my items and labeled which boxes were fragile so that they would know what needed to be hand carried and what could go on a dolly. I Told them the boxes that were labeled needed to be carried however it is apparent that they put them on a dolly and items were destroyed that I can’t get back. I also told them that the bedroom suite they were moving was brand new only about 6 months old and had no defects on it. They proceeded to take that bedroom down a flight of stairs on a dolly and when it arrived to my new location I didn’t realize until they left that they had chipped it up severely in one corner of the big dresser and caused scratches in other areas. I reached out to them about this and they became very disgruntled with me and said that I signed a paper stating that my items had Normal wear and tear already. I do not recall signing such paper at all. I posted to their website to get in contact with a supervisor and they got even madder and posted very unprofessional posts about me saying that I was a scammer and a racist and that people needed to look out for me . I work in a professional scene and these posts could be damaging to my profession. I asked for them to remove them and they have not done so yet. I have been receiving non stop messages from family members of their family threatening me and I have recieved messages from close friends of mine and colleagues at work asking what happen with this company. This is an embrassment and I want this company to realize they can’t do this to their customers because it is a defamation of character. I have text messages and screenshots of the inappropriate things this company has posted about me and will supply them to you if needed.

This complaint has to be dismissed because we provided services to Crystal for moving services and she has signed and agreed to all the damages that all of her items had. All boxes were handled with care especially the fragile ones. This customer is trying to SCAM the insurance company and our office. The movers did a walk through and inspected all of her items before handling she signed all documents before and after the stuff were moved. We have a documents to prove this and my lawyer is also involved in this matter. She has threaten us and our staff via facebook messages where we have all the evidence and the local police dept was involved in this case. Our contract says " Claims can not be submitted or filed once customers has signed and paid for services" She signed all the inspection documents before and all documents after the move. We can go to court for this matter if we need too. And yes you did NOT defame her, we only advised other small businesses to be aware of the scam she is doing. Yes she is racist she called our employees wetbacks and said they didnt have green cards. In no way did we disrespect her or her character. I am rejecting this response because:
This is incorrect. I didn’t sign any paperwork that stated my items were damaged otherwise I wouldn’t have signed it. I signed a paper that stated how many items they would be taking out of my home and moving and I signed for the receipt of the moving costs. I am also awaiting to hear from the internet crimes department at Randolph sheriffs department because I am filing a report for defamation of character. This company still has posts up about me being a scammer and creating fraud and these are things I have never done in my life. I have no criminal background and never been in any kinda situation like this before. I truly wish I would’ve never picked this company to move my items it has been nothing but a headache and I would’ve saved a lot more and had more professionalism with hiring uhaul movers which I plan to do in future should I ever need moving services again. I want this company to know that it would be in there best interest to take those posts down about me because otherwise I’m in the process of seeking a lawsuit against them. They are trying to destroy my image and I have had several people screenshot the posts and comments they’ve been saying about me and it’s very disrespectful and untrue.
That is my initials however that condition area wasn’t filled in when I signed that document. I only signed the document because I was told those were the items they were moving out of my house that were big items. They still have that harrassing post up about me and they are continually telling people that they are seeking legal action towards me for insurance fraud when there had been no insurance claim even filed from their company for my damaged items. I am sick of the harrassment and I won’t tolerate it anymore moving forward.
