Review: while looking through the items listed on [redacted], I found a chandelier that I like. therefore, I contacted the dealer through the website asking for the price. I agreed to the offer price and I transfered $6000 (including shipping) to [redacted]. he said that he will send the chandelier to me in Egypt.since the transfer was made, it became very hard to reach [redacted] by phone or e-mail. After a couple of months he informed me that the shipping cost will be too high and that he cannot afford it. so I agreed to pay extra 900$ to for shipping (told him to send it through my DHL account). a few weeks after that he told me that he is having problems with the place storing the Chandelier and that they are asking him to pay a lot of money to release the chandelier.Therefore, I told him that I would like him to refund the money back to me as it has been more than 3 months and I still have not received the chandelier. His last response was two weeks ago and he said that he is working on it.I sent him many reminders and e-mails requesting to send the money back and he never reply to e-mails or phone calls.Desired Settlement: refund the $6000 to my account
