I paid this lady,Joann Watkins 300.00 dollars depoist for a rental house. Receipt # XXXXXX for the deposit. Well we changed our minds about living in that house.The house is not livable.The pluming is stopped up and the house leaks and falling in in places.The house is just nasty.She said it would be all fixed and cleaned before we moved in. But after we gave her the deposit,she said you would not fix the problems with the house or clean the house. So I went to her returnd the house keys and ask for my deposit back. I told her the house is not livable and should be condemned. All I want is my 300.00 depoist back from her. We signed no lease or contract with her. I only have a reciept for the 300.00 dollars.
