I also posted a similar response on or about 10/26 but apparanely, it did not register.
It appears we have fulfilled all of our obligations and that there is no basis for a refund. If Ms. [redacted] can point out where we fell short, we will make a prompt adjustment. Otherwise, since there is no apparent reason to make a refund, none will be offered.
