mobility, uses a walker, but who is mentally sharp. Our requirements were "English speaking with car and drivers license" Contact Sharon whose cell phone was provided.  The person hired turned out to be a danger, having had the 96 yr old step on coke cans and a cardboard box in order to get into her pick up truck. Additionally, the oven was left on several times, over night,etc.etc. I continued to receive calls even though my number was not to have been given out. 80-90% of the persons calling could not speak English clearly and 95% had no car and license. I contacted job services no less than 4 times to inform them that I was receiving calls, the callers did not speak English clearly and did not have drivers licenses. I was informed that "they do not screen candidates"  I received numerous apologies but, the calls kept coming despite assurances my number had been removed. Some of the callers stated they got my number off a bulletin board. Again, I called job services, received their apology and was told they do not screen candidates and cannot stop my number being posted on bulletin boards. We have since hired through another agency, and are very satisfied.  Not until I filed my complaint did job services attempt to resolve this issue. They have called 4 times to ask that I call you to say they resolved the issue. Review: Jobservices was contacted regarding live in help. The requirements were english speaking, must have drivers lic. & car. Jobservices was instructed to contact [redacted] and given her phone contact info. We paid $250 to be provided names of candidates who met the required qualifications. We first hired [redacted] who we found to be very dangerous, attemped to put a 97 yr. old into a pick up truck, left the oven on continuously etc. We notified jobservices immediately.Despite numerous request, I continued to receive numerous phone calls from individuals whom barely spoke english and did not have a lic. or car. I was assured my number was not being published, however the calls continued. Jobservices never provided a candidate who met our requirements and continued to apoligize for the continuing calls to my number. They were unable to explain how or why I was getting these calls from candidates who did not drive or who barley spoke english. They apparently give out phone number at random with total disregard to the clients needs or request.
