Review: ON Feb 2012, I purchased a new attached 2 family from Jobe with a 5 yrs warranty on the roof. Roof started leaking from the first yr. of purchase, at-least 5 times jobe patched the roof , using unlicensed roofers to do patch up job on the roof. Sept * 2014, I had another leak . he finally told me that his not fixing the roof anymore.Desired Settlement: need roof to be fix and not patch by license roofers.
