Deceptive business practices in extending advertisement without properly disclosing it was an extension 1/2 through original contract.Called a week into job posting advertising run and asked if I would like to change the creative and was still an authorized billing contact. Through fast talking and never properly diclosing this was for a seperate contract I was charged an additional $1,600.00. Desired SettlementFull refund.I would like to close this complaint. I was contacted by their VP of Sales and a resolution has been reached.
