Review: My family and I went through this realtor business for a home purchase. Once we found a home, work needed to be done, so this realtor hired the contractors for me and my family. However, the amount I provided to renovate my home, and the work done, was horrible to where appliances were not hooked up correctly, sliding glass door was not placed in correctly due to it being the wrong size, the list goes on. This was a snatch and run type of story, they took our money and ran, without trying to fix the errors made after numerous of emails sent, and phone calls made. Very upset, frustrated, tired and unreal on how a high end realtor business can allow and carry customer service to this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and/or for them to pay for the expenses for me to contact my own choice of contractors to fix these on going issues. I do NOT feel comfortable addressing this matter to his manager alone, and/or his corporate office because I do not feel safe due to this realtor [redacted] being aware of where I live. I have a 1 year old son, and the condition they have left our basement and home is unhealthy and ridiculous. PLEASE HELP!

Dear **. [redacted],

Hello, my name is [redacted]. As of January 1,2014 I became the principle Broker for [redacted] Realty located at [redacted] is an Associate Broker in my office. Prior to January 1, 2014 1 was the Supervising Broker for Jobin Realty at the same location and [redacted] was affiliated with me at that time also.

Attachment A. is [redacted]'s response to the complaint which was filed by [redacted] who is the daughter of [redacted] and who is not a party to the real estate contract. [redacted]'s complaint arrived almost 17 months after the Settlement Date of 10/2/2012. If there were a problem, I would have thought it would have been noticed long before it was reported? Moreover, contractors doing work on FHA 203K loans are approved by, inspected by, and paid bv FHA personnel, not real estate agents. Whereas [redacted] might have known about the contractor, if that contractor were not acceptable to FHA they would not have been allowed to do the work. In other words FHA didn't pay the contractor until the work was completed satisfactorily. - First allegation; "...so this realtor hired the contractors for me and my family." - FALSE! were there problems along the way? I don't know but I wouldn't be surprised. During construction all sorts of things go wrong such as "wrong sized doors" showing up. But they get fixed or they don't get paid.

From reading [redacted]'s response to the complaint it is easy to ascertain that he is dumbfounded and annoyed by the allegation. I am too because [redacted] is an outstanding agent who receives a lot of praise from his clients because his service to his clients far exceeds what is anticipated. He goes far beyond the call of duty. From his response you can see that he took money out of his commission to pay for some of the works that needed to be done for his client. [redacted]. **. [redacted] was out of town recently and my daughter, [redacted] attended another Settlement in [redacted]'s County for **. [redacted]. During the Settlement [redacted] said the client, a lady, said she would trust **, [redacted] with anything. Another indication of his professionalism in the real estate industry is that **. [redacted] was recently elected to the Board of Directors for the [redacted] Association of Realtors,

As for being afraid of **, [redacted], all I have to say is get real! [redacted] is a great big teddy bear.

Attachment B, is the cost estimate for the work done by the Contractor.
