This company misled me I used them several years ago and thought I would try them againThey don't ever answer their telephones and there is a lousy chat feature available on the few rare times you can actually get them I finally get this person on the chat and I was thinking by now most of the fax numbers would probably be no good so I questioned her at length and repeatedly on this issueNot only is the chat slow as molasses but it's hard to get them to answer a question directly without repeating the question over and over like times or so Seriously this girl on chat repeatedly ignored questions and would not answer even though I repeated themHow someone can have the chat job and then not answer questions 2,3,4, times is mind blowing to me I would fire anyone who did that where I workSo finally I get her to address my concerns that most of the faxes numbers will no longer be viable and she tells me they recently updated them so that most would be valid - though a small number would not be valid Well turns out that 3/of the numbers were not valid So I rightfully brought this to her attention and called her out on it - asking why she misled me and was deceptive Well she would not answer the question though I asked her literally about times She kept saying they refund the portion that did not go out but that is not the issue I only invested the time being she told me most of the numbers would be good so regardless that she said they would refund the difference that did not go out - I STILL WANTED TO KNOW WHY SHE WAS DISHONEST AND MISLED ME!! Well she would not answer and then she goes crying to management and complains and I am notified that I am barred Lol like I almost care from being barred from some useless, ineffective service that is dishonest and misleads peopleSo I have issued a blacklisting of this company and want to warn others that most of the faxes will not go through I asked the girl if they update the fax numbers like she said, then why would 3/be to fax numbers no longer valid? If they update the fax numbers the bad numbers would have been removed so everything she told me was simply not true including the part about refunding the money for the faxes that did not go through as I have not received any refund
Another thing, it's totally aggravating and unproductive way to communicate via chat and like I said, they NEVER answer the telephone So it makes it hard to communicate and laborious There simply is no phone support so maybe try a company that has phone support
The incompetent chat girl kept telling me that there was a figure of showing at my account for the number of faxes that did not go out I asked her about times where that figure was listed cause I could not see it and after about attempts she finally said, "it doesn't show" I just wanted to know where the figure was listed cause she kept saying it was listed and it was sooooo aggravating to have to go round and round times before I could get an answer out of her Pretty much anything you want an answer on you have to ask her times and hope
So bottom line is they want to mislead you and then if you hold them to account, they get mad and ban you I had the right to hold them to account as to why they told me one thing one day and then when it turned out it was not true - hold their feet to the fire but they don't like to have their feet held to the fire and account for themselves
They seem to think that the fact they will refund the portion that did not go out as justification for lying and stating most of the numbers were good and had been updated I only wanted to spend the time and effort if say 2/3rds were good but not even 1/were good
This company needs to stop lying!
By the way, a better service is emailhunter.com You can gather tons of email addresses through them and it's less costly in the long run and then you don't have to be lied to
