I understand [redacted]'s son has [redacted] and I helped her as much as I could because her son didnt want to try on the suit I was really friendly and nice to both. I also told her to bring him back so they can try the suit after alterations were done she didnt bring him and her parents were the people that picked up the suit. She called about the shirt 2 weeks after the suit was picked up. Alterations were not charge for due to the fact that we do them in the store. I do not agree with her reaction to this matter, she has the right to be upset but not to become racist with me knowing that I am a hispanic Mexican person. I treated her the best I could and for her to call me and say this is a immagration matter is completly not correct. I do not agree with the price she is asking for because a shirt does not cost $70.00 I would gladly return the cost of the shirt she bought if she would send me a picture of the receipt, and return the shirt I gave her and she never used as she stated. I think this is a fair decision that I am taking due to the fact she is stating she didnt use the shirt I gave her and purchased another one.

The absolute negligence of the business to knowing send the shirt that was another color is outrageous. Then to call them and ask for assistance and they stated they had another person on the line and repeat there is nothing we can do is just what triggered my reaction. My son is a child with [redacted] no need to have this happen to him.  White is what I paid for and that is not what I got  This was unacceptable. Terrible practices and personally I have a right to be upset and think there offer is not right. I would prefer at least 70.00 for the damages of having to run around to find another shirt last minute and the price. That was terrible what I had to endure and personally hope no other customer will have to either. I tried but during fitting she and her mother who unfortunately is not a tailor and claims she is left the sleeves long and the cleaners near my home had to alter the sleeves. I would like reimbursement for shirt and alterations. Thanks and I am still upset the inconvience caused by their error.

I am the store manager of Joselyn's Bridal and flower shop and I personally helped [redacted] and her son with the communion suit. I recommened her to get a custom suit due to the fact that her son is a husky size and not a regular size in suits. I took the measurements and order him the suit but...

when it arrived the pants was way to long because the boy is just 10 years old and he was wearing a size 18 pants because the coat fit him in a 18 husky so for my customer to be happy I explain to her and she agree to mix and match with another suit which are new in our store as well. The boy tried on the whole suite meaning white pants white shirt white vest and white coat for any alterations to be done which were done. Everything was ready to be picked up and [redacted] didnt show up personally she sent her parents to come in and take the suit 2 weeks before the event. A day before mothers day 05/**/17 she called our store with a complain of the sh irt and spoke to me directly and I told her that I was not able to do anything due to the fact I didnt have another white shirt and the suit was taken out my store for two weeks. In the first place I do not sell color shirts so its impossible for the shirt to be given in purple. Second of all when she called my store she called screaming and cursing which I do not find correct and even in the customers statement they sent me she is still cursing at the end. Lastly I spoke to her father and he stated that yes she was upset and he asked me that if I knew a place where they can purchase a shirt for their grandchild and ofcourse I didnt mind recommending a place where they could buy the shirt. At 6:00pm that day 05/**/17 she called again and said this was a immigration problem and she will have her sister that works with a judge take action in this I clearly dont understand why she said this had to do with immigration so after me dealing with her cursing now she became racists which is completely not correct. I helped her the most I could even before she told me her son has [redacted], for her now be claming this report and a complete refund when she has the suit and it has the alterations she requested with no extra charge included. I am able to refund the maximum of $15.00 for the purchase of a new shirt but for the whole suit is not correct do to the fact its been out my store for so long and the way she spoke I just dont agree with it .
