Revdex.com:The only reason the transmission was brought up is because they lied about trying to help me with the transmission, if they would have fixed it right the first time, and not treated me like I did not know what I was talking ab ok UT because I am a female then maybe I would not be so rude The fact that I was told that THEIR COMPUTER KNOWS MY CAR BETTER THAN I DO EVENT HOUGH I AM THE ONE DRIVING IT ON A DAILY BASIS AND NOT THE COMPUTER I repeatedly had to diagnose my own vehicle and then they would try to charge me for it.As far as Brian D*** he told my husband that he was the last one to drive the vehicle and at that time there was no damage He also stated that before and after he drove the vehicle that he walked around the vehicle and at that time there was NO DAMAGE, my husband then asked "so you me and to tell me that everytime someone gets into and out of the vehicle that all your employees walk around the vehicle and inspect it for damage, but your do not keep any record of it?" Brian had stated yes in fact all employees inspect the vehicles before and after they drive the vehicle, which at that ti mm e there were several employees standing there laughing Brian ONLY CHANGED HIS STORY THAT THE DAMAGE WAS ALREADY THERE WHEN HE WAS CONFRONTED BY LEE THE OWNER They tried to hide the fact that this was even going on, and never reported anything to the owner They thought that I would just give up and not pursue the situation Not one of them can c get their stories straight Brian has lied repeatedly, and I have given nothing but the truth, my story has not wavered from the onset of the situation, you have an employee who portrays herself as a manager, when in fact she is not, she only works in the office, you have Brian who has told so many versions of what happened, and you have employees denying the fact that that they knew that I wanted to speak with the owner, and you have all these employees trying to cover up and hide the fact that they damaged my vehicle The biggest question here is IF THEY DID NOTHING WRONG THEN WHY DID THEY TRY TO HIDE IT FROM THE OWNER Again, IF YOU DO NOT TREAT ME WITH RESPECT THEN I WILL NOT TREAT YOU WITH RESPECTThey can call me rude and obnoxious, but the truth is that if I was treated with respect then I would not act that way Just because I am a female does not give anyone the right to talk to me as though I am stupid and that I know nothing about cars It is a proven fact that men try to take advantage of females especially when it comesto vehicles I should not have had to fight with them for 4yrs about my transmissiln, and now I must fight to have them take responsibility for damaging my vehicle I will not give up until they pay for my vehicle, I put the claim through my insurance and the only thing I am now asking is that they reimburse me the $that I had to pay out of pocket I am not at fault, and I should not have to pay for someone else's mistake
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

Re: Concerning the complaint from [redacted] on their 2011 Chevrolet Impala ID # [redacted] The issue we are talking about does not really concern the transmission; the vehicle was fixed previously to GM warranty specifications. If the customer would have told us about the aftermarket service contract they had we could have replaced transmission as well. The main issue is about the front bumper damage. As you can see in the pictures she does not have a picture of the front bumper to support there was no damage (just side shot), also as you can see in the side shot there is previous damage. The customer also stated to us that the scratches were there, but the bumper wasn't torn. (Just happens to be where all the scratches are) We are not taking responsibility of something that we did not do. The customer had the vehicle towed in by AAA and was not here when the vehicle was dropped so there for the damage could have been done by the tow truck driver. My technician noticed the damage to the bumper, but with all the other damage that was on the vehicle he did not say anything about it. As for me I drove the vehicle but did not look at the damage, and when I said there was no damage I was talking about that we did not do any damage to the vehicle. As for the conversation said issues, we did call her back when stated we would, the owner called her several times and even gave her his email so she could forward the pictures to him. Every time we had conversation with her she was very rude and obnoxious. We are not taking any responsibility in repairing of the vehicle. Brian D[redacted]Service Manager

Re: Concerning the complaint from [redacted] on their 2011 Chevrolet Impala ID# [redacted] The vehicle has had transmission issues over the last 4 years which were addressed by Gm warranty and repaired to their specifications, on the last breakdown with the transmission the vehicle was out of...

warranty and was not covered by Gm. We did attempt to contact Gm for customer assistance on the repair. The customer had an aftermarket warranty which they never told us about and we did not do the repairs. The vehicle was towed to a different repair facility. If would have known about their service contact we could have completed the repairs at are facility I have attached copies of repair orders. The damage that the customer is talking about to the front bumper was not done at our shop. The customer admitted that there was prior damage to the front bumper in the same spot as they are accusing us of. The customer had the vehicle towed in stating it was not drivable, but my technician drove the car over 21 miles to find the customers complaint. The damage was seen by the technician prior to working on the vehicle. We believe the damage was done by the tow truck driver since the customer is stating there was no damage prior to towing the vehicle to the shop. The customer has been very rude from the start coming in and cussing at us about her vehicle breaking down, and also threatened to damage our property if we did not take care of the repair.
