This was the absolute worst customer service and tax preparation that I've ever had!! I went there based off of a co workers recommendation and I've regretted it every day for their past month! Jody was not informative about the Health place Market forms that need to be submitted when you file your 2015 taxes. He did ask me if I had coverage and I was Very clear that I had insurance with my employer for 10 months and I had healthmarket for 2 months! He never told me that a form needed to be submitted With my tax return. I filed on January 15 2015. I called the IRS a week after they opened and at that time I was informed that my tax return was put on hold due to that form. I immediately contacted Jody and he was aware of their form that the irs requested. I was able to download them form and I emailed it to him for completion and resubmission to the Irs. He was very short with me during my questions like it wasn't his fault. If I would've known about this form I could've easily downloaded it online and had it ready for him but he neglected to inform me! He also lied to me about my refund amount. When I filed he told me I was receiving 7665 and after a 750 advance I would get 6695 after his 300 filing fee. Now this is what prompted me to call them IRS!! Everything I checked wheres my refund it told me my information was incorrect. So I eventually called Jody and questioned my refund amount because I couldn't check my status that's when I find out that my refund amount was actually $8271.00......Why would you give me the wrong amounts, and now I'm questioning everything he dled because there is about a 300 difference that's not accounted for!!! I still haven't received my refund due to his negligence and it is definitely a fraud on his part! We customers trust companies to so our taxes and they lie and cheat to get our money! I will be getting my tax transcripts and having a real business investigate these missing funds!","neg-1
