Please be advised that as of Tuesday, October 7, 2014, the above- mentioned complaint was satisfactorily resolved. Mr*** came by and spoke to us (my husband and myself jointly) and we agreed to resolve the issue of the complaint.
Mr***a also paid
us for the broken stand pipe that was fixed by another contractor. We presented the bill and he readily paid us.
We thank you so much for all the assistance you provided in this matter, and are happy that we can put this behind us. We feel confident that any further interaction between ***'s Tree Service and ourselves will have better outcomes, and acknowledge that there may have been some misconnumication between my husband and Mr***a due to hearing impairments on both parts.
