Joe Blakk Income Tax Service

Review: I filed my state taxes with this company on 1/29/2013, as of today which is 9/9/2013, I have not received my state tax refund . I was told my check was deposited on 6/27/13 into Universal National Bank which is Joe Blakk account. I was supposed to receive a paper check as of 9/9/13 I have not received it ,I have called on numerous occasions and spoke with tax preparer Pamela Parker and my calls have not been returned and the issued have not been rectified .Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my state refund check

State checks are not mailed to my office nor or they deposited to my account. They are mailed directly to the client. If the client has a debt with the state, their refund is used to offset the debt. Normally it takes 2 to 3 weeks to receive the state refund in the mail. She can call the La Dept Of Revenue at ###-###-#### or ###-###-#### to find the status. Also, I have no idea what Universal National Bank is, that it not a bank affiliated with my company. Also, the client can call my software company CrossLink at ###-###-#### and give them their social and they can give account to any funds deposited under that social, or the client can call my cell phone number at ###-###-#### to help resolve this matter. I take pride and my work and I also appreciate my clients.
