the new purchase in addition to the 'Trade Value' of the Santa Fe. The bank does not give you the selling price of the new vehicle on top of the 'full payoff' of the Santa Fe. The trade in value of the Santa Fe that was provided by the bank was ultimately used to purchase a new transmission and paid for the labor to have it put in the vehicle in an effort to actually be able to sell the vehicle on the lot. The dealership uses a floor plan company that finances any vehicles that we purchase at action or take in on trade. However, during the time that the Santa Fe was being fixed, there was an issue with the floor plan and the dealership had no access to any funds that were available to use. The dealership did make a payment to The Home Loan Savings Bank on the Santa Fe in the customers name on June 15, 2017 in an effort to maintain the loan until such time the floor plan monies were able to be used to pay off the vehicle in its entirety. The customer had come into the dealership and was explained the situation with the floor plan company in an effort to ensure them that attempts were being made. However, that was not suitable for the customer at that time.
