Company co-owner Tim S[redacted] spoke with representative [redacted], from [redacted] on October 19, 2015.  [redacted] shared company's concerns with current Xerox Corporation lease not Indiana Business Solutions.  After speaking with [redacted], we called and spoke with [redacted], owner of [redacted]...

to seek further understanding.  We acknowledge their concerns and shared we would engage with Xerox Corporation on behalf of [redacted], to explore possibilities of resolution.  After escalation, Xerox Corporation responded back to Tim S[redacted] stating that all open invoices were valid.  Tim in turn, shared the information with [redacted] on November 9, 2015.  [redacted] stated that she did not feel the decision was fair and asked to have the equipment remove.  Tim processed equipment removal request through Xerox Corporations processing system on November 9, 2015.  Tim S[redacted] shared with the [redacted] that all future billing would stop once the equipment was removed by Xerox Corporation, approximately 8 - 10 business from 11/9/15.As a result of this escalation, Tim S[redacted] has once again reached out to Xerox Corporation to request a more favorable resolution from Xerox Corporation.  Tim has received and email notice back stating the issue and concerns would be again reviewed. Please note this is a Xerox Lease contract for Xerox equipment, the billing is between Xerox Corporation and [redacted].  Indiana Business Solutions is the Authorized Sales Agency for Xerox Corporation.  Indiana Business Solutions is not, nor do we have equity in the Xerox equipment, lease contracts or billing at [redacted].  Indiana Business Solutions is simply the liaision between [redacted] and Xerox Corporation.Once Xerox has responded back, I will provide additional information to Revdex.com.Indiana Business Solutions takes all customer escalations and/or complaints seriously.  Thank You Tim and Jean S[redacted] 317-471-9735

Please understand this contract is between [redacted] and Xerox Corporation.  Indiana Business Solutions has been working with the Leasing Agent, Xerox Corporation for resolution.  Below are the details outlining resolution.  Xerox has agreed to credit all invoices back to April 1, 2015 which will include the open invoices on file since July 1, 2015.  Credits will appear on customer's account upon successful removal of Xerox equipment.  Xerox equipment has been removed the week of [redacted]uary 4, 2016 and now in process of posting credits in the account.
