We shopped for a truck here and we're given a price in writingWe left and came back a few hours later and told them we would like to buy it for the price promised on paperAfter going through all of the financing, they told us they had given us the wrong priceThey said they hit a wrong button on the computer and had accidentally given us the price of a different vehiclethe paper we were given had the price quote with the specific stock number, model and year of the vehicle we wanted to buyWe spoke with the sales manager who blamed us for his mistakeHe never took responsibility for HIS MISTAKE and blamed us for wanting to buy the truck at the price WE WERE QUOTED ON PAPERHe was very agitated and rudeTHEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR DEALSVERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Even before the deal they were "in the hole" on every vehicle we looked atI wonder how they even stay in business if they sale every car at a loss

I purchased a car here in 2014 and have had 3 warranty covered repair problems with the new car. Each time the "warranty service advisor" there was less helpful than an isis Jehadist at a Christmas party. He intentionally refused to make an appointment for, looked at the obviously defective car part and tried to tell me it was not covered by the bumper to bumper warranty, and then took weeks to get th epart in after I complained to ford and caused him some embarrassment. Also, since this person's supervisor refused to so much as return my phone call to complain about how this warranty advisor was handling the service of my car , I can only assume that this practice of giving warranty repair customers the run around is actually his JOB DESCRIPTION. So, overall, I would recommend that if you are planning to buy a new ford, GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALER THAN JOE MEYERS.
