Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted] They did make it right and I am very satisfied with the work and them makeing sure I was taken care of

The dealership is ridiculous!! They're vehicles are extremely over priced I payed 10,more than blue book value for my specific one my mistake for thatThey make you pay new car prices for crappy cars!! My car is constantly having issues and the warrant it came with doesn't help for any of the [redacted] my AC stopped working a week after I bought it and they won't fix it since its not covered under the warrantyThey constantly switch account managers and the new one comes in not knowing any arrangements that I've made with the previous manager which comes with dollar late fee tacked on every time I recently paid a whole mth in advance to get my car payments lined out with my new paycheck dates since I had just came back from maternity leave and they're still tacking on late fees!! Meanwhile an extremely rude account managerDo you not have customer service skills? Or hold your account manager to a professional standard and advise them on how to speak to us?? Absolutely ridiculous I'm actually considering just letting it go back I'll go find myself a good car with a good company for almost a month not to mention every sales person I've spoke with there is rude!

[redacted] dropped off her car to be fixedShe has a warranty on the carIn order to use the warranty Joe Cooper arranges the warranty inspector to come to inspect the vehicle so we can use the warranty and no money out of pocket to the customerJoe Cooper's Easy Credit Auto has no exact time for the inspector we only know the date therefore we need her car here so that when the inspector showed up it would be hereWe explained that to her and to make things right we paid the deductable that is required by the customer to payTherefore she was not out of pocket any moneyWe did get her car fixed at no expense to her, we even paid for all the parts that were not covered by her warranty

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/02/20) */ Customer has had the vehicle in our service department 4 times for maintenance and each time the customer has NOT been charged for any repair. We have spent over $ 500 on repairs that were NOT covered by the warranty. Customer stated... that she wanted the timing chain replaced (it is our mechanic's and service manager's opinion that it does not need to be replaced) and that she would pay for the parts and we agreed to absorb the labor costs. Customer then asked that we do not do the repair since it would not result in the car breaking down. We have done all oil changes for free and customer feels that she should not have to pay for any repair on the used auto. Customer has also drive 16K plus miles in the time she has had it and it has not broke down. Customer however is stating that she does not feel safe and we do not want any customer to be in one of our autos not feeling safe. If the customer wants to return the car we will let her do so and mark the account paid by dealer. Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/02/25) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) My vehicle has been in their service a lot more than 4 times. I wasn't charged for any of the repairs because they were covered by the warranty but as soon as my warranty was up they then tell me the timing is going out. I opted not to have the timing chain replaced because I don't feel like I should be the one to have to pay for the repairs as I brought this to their attention before purchasing the vehicle. I understand it is a used vehicle but this was a problem from day 1 of purchase. I am paying $13000 for a vehicle that I have only put 16000 miles and it already needs a timing chain. Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 10, 2015/03/09) */ As stated in the previous response. The repairs that were done to the automobile were not covered by warranty but were paid for by the dealership. We have also offered to have the customer return the car and we will take it back and mark her account paid by dealer.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2014/10/27) */
Ms*** did purchase a auto from Joe Cooper Easy Credit Auto on 9/16/Ms *** called our office and inquired about the title and was told that if we did not have it in by 10/16/( Thursday ) we would re-contract her so
that she would be in complianceWe received the title on 10/20/(monday) and told the customer that we would have the title ready and she could pick up that day after The customer came in to pick up the title on 10/27/Joe Cooper Easy Credit Auto strives to by compliant in all our title workI am sorry that the consumer feels like we have not attempted to help her
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/10/30) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I came in person asking when my title would be ready and was told there was a problem with the mileage typed on the title by the auction house they purchased my car fromWhen I finally did recieve my title the mileage read exemptI was told that year old cars are exempt & do not require mileage on the titleThis makes me suspicious that the mileage on my car has been tampered withI requested a car fax and was told to buy my own as Joe Cooper does not supply thisMy car has reports to car fax at dollars each if I was to purchase them myselfI feel I am being taken advantage of and over charged for my car
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2014/11/07) */
Ms *** is right in the fact that cars that are years and older are exempt on the titleThis however, does not mean that the mileage is wrong or that there is something wrong with the carJoe Cooper Easy Credit Auto does not furnish car fax reports as a policyThe first claim was that we did not furnish the title in time and now the claim is that the customer thinks she was over charged for the carIt is not Joe Cooper's intention to not make a customer happyIf the customer wants to return the auto we will be happy to take the car back however, we will not return the cent down payment nor the payments made because she has had use of the auto

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/08/24) */
The customer did purchase a Dodge Durango on 2/4/and like all our car purchases the customer makes the decision to buy the car after they test drive itWe do not force them to purchase an autoIn referece to the mechanical
issues the customer bought a used vehicle and it was disclosed " as is " however, any mechanical repairs that have been done on the vehicle we have not charged the customerI show according to the service notes that the customer missed three appointments that they had scheduled for serviceI also show that the customer drove the car over 18,miles since the purchaseIn reading the collection notes the account does not show that the customer complained to their account managerWe always attempt to make the customer happy and repair the vehicles we sell
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/08/28) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
miles is acceptable mileage for it being the family vehicle for daily driving for a year and a halfI only missed the very last appointmentNot When I scheduled the last appointment the mechanic told me that he did not see and maintenance had been done previously, which was not trueWe had brought the vehicle in or timesOnce, we even left it for a weekI was told by Mikey that I had a warranty that covered the motor and transmissionI complained about the vehicle several times throughout the time I had the vehicle to the company, nothing was ever doneThe maintenance that was done at no charge to me was from the day I purchased it and the check engine light came on just a couple miles down the roadEven after that, I still had the same problem with the vehicle from day oneThis has been a terrible experienceThis is not my only purchase from Joe CooperI purchased an used King Ranch at Joe Cooper in Shawnee in for $cashI had no problems whatsoever with that vehicleI feel that in this instance, I was sold a bad, unsafe vehicle
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/09/04) */
I am sorry that the consumer still feels like this was a bad experience however, I was stating that over 18,miles was put on the vehicle meaning that even with the problems the consumer stated the vehicle was still able to drive and performWhen stating that the consumer missed the appointments I was simply going off our records on the account we log all our service appointmentsWe attempted at every appointment to repair what the consumer requested at no cost to the consumerI cannot erase the debt but I can note the account that we will not pursue any deficiency on the auto hopefully this will satisfy the customer
Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 11, 2015/09/09) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I understand that I drove it the miles with the problems, it was our only vehicleWe just had to deal with the unsafe issuesI appreciate your efforts in customer satisfaction

Easy Credit Auto has no exact time for the inspector we only know the date therefore we need her car here so that when the inspector showed up it would be hereWe explained that to her and to make things right we paid the deductable that is required by the customer to payTherefore she was not out of pocket any moneyWe did get her car fixed at no expense to her, we even paid for all the parts that were not covered by her warranty

Calling Joe Cooper Easy Credit Service Department is a pain in the ***Having issues with the vehicle and need to get it towed inStarted calling every number I could find in the phone book, and on-lineAt 7:a.mDialing XXX-XXXX, XXX-XXXX, and X-XXX-XXX-XXXXIt is now 8:and I still can't get an answerThe voice message says dial 3for the service departmentThey never answerThe X-XXX-XXX-XXXX goes through the whole script then says, the mailbox is full and an error has occurredHow do you have a service department that can't be reachedDisgusted and upsetNeed my vehicle fixed today

Was pressured into a vehicle from here and decided within one week that it was not for us and we took the vehicle back in the same exact condition we took it home inThe lady at a front desk accepted the title and keys back and said she would take care of it and next thing I know we have them calling and harrasing my husband saying they are going to garnish his wages for $for the vehicle that is no longer in our possession, that we only had for days, that we paid $down for one week of having it, and that was an 04! and then after already speaking to my husband about it, they started calling our references and telling them they can't get a hold of us! Just overall a bad experience with these rude, pushy people! I will warn everyone I can about this awful place!

I came up here with a friend and had no intentions of buying a vehicle right away but I got my app submitted and then came back today and now im driving away in a car that I love the guys here made it so easy and painlessi do appreciate what they have done for me

I came in today and didn't think that I even had a chance of getting a vehicle.my car buying experiences have not been that greatBut I wanted to try one last place before giving up My salesmans name was Dennis and he was the best salesman I have ever metHe was so respectful and did everything he could to make our experience there an excellent oneNot only did I get approved I drove my vehicle home todayGood job Dennis, I wish there were more salesman like him....I will definitely go back to this place and will recommend them to everybody

Absolutely ridiculous I'm actually considering just letting it go back I'll go find myself a good car with a good company for almost a month not to mention every sales person I've spoke with there is rude!

They are very nice until you drive off the lot, after that they become really rude! I have about left to pay off the vehicle I bought and I plan to pay it off on my next paymentDespite the fact that I have lived at the same address and use the same two cards on file to make the payment I have to verify my addressNow mind you, this only started happening recentlyWhen *** was my account manager it was great, the next person who got the account notMy biggest complaint is how rude they are in taking a paymentI didn't but the car from these individuals, so how is it they feel they can be so rude while taking your money? If you go in person it's not differentOne time some girl with insanely long nails took my payment and never even bothered to look up at meNow that my vehicle is about to be paid off, I will look for another carBut not from here!!! With all of the attitude around there it must be a real pleasant place to work

The sales people there at Joe Cooper are eager to get you in a car, that they will tell you anything to get you into oneWent in looking for a truck but they did not have anything that was very low in mileageSo I decided to leave when the sales person advised that if we got a carThat we could bring it back in six months and get the truck we wantedWell needless to say that was all a lie to get a us to buy a vehicleWent back after months of bi-weekly payments to the original sales person who helped us out and told him I was wanting to see about trading my car back in and get an SUVHe took my info and advised me he would contact me within an hour to see what he could doWell this was in November of now end of December still no contact from that salesmanI will refinance through a different lender and lower my payments and pay the car offMy advice is for anyone looking for a carSteer clear of the Joe Cooper easy creditInterest is high, they will charge you the price of a new carCheck the tires, body, paint, etcThe car I purchased had been repainted and now the paint is peeling off from a shoddy paint jobThey used the wrong grit of sand paper before spraying the paintThey had used a fine grit which does not allow the paint to adhere to the metal99cents down will bite you in the ***When all is said and doneThe down payment will be tacked on when they get to the final priceWhich ends up being the same as buying a brand new carDon't believe me just drive throughout the city and check the prices of the new cars that are like the ones on their lots ( Joe Coopers Easy Credit )Please don't give them any businessThey will not get mine anymore due to the lies the salesman told meI am going to tell everybody I can to drive on byBut if you want to buy a used car and pay a new price then Joe Cooper Easy Credit is where you need to goAlso you don't even have to be late for them to give you a so called courtesy call reminding you about your paymentExpect to make your payment the day before it is due to avoid this reminderUnhappy Customer here!!
