Hillcrest has proven to 'NOT' be a reliable facilityI walked in with hope for a child I had custody of and walked away confused and in despairI requested to speak with the Psychiatrist several times regarding the child I'm their care, only to be told, "He will not talk to you or do callbacks." I was only allowed to get 2nd or 3rd hand informationAnytime I had a question it was usually followed with the response, "I don't know." The discharge therapist *** had absolutely no clue and even told me it was not their policy to release medRecords to the parents/ guardians of young childrenThe assigned therapist *** never had a clue and being clueless and disengaged she proceeded to falsify information
I never told anyone there that this child set
anything in my house on fire, but she entered this in his files, the child came from a well rounded household with father, mother, sister and NaNa, but *** entered him coming from a single home with just momI home schooled him because he had behavioral problems but she entered the reason was due to him failing This kid is very smart and was not failing schoolI called Hillcrest regarding my concerns while he was in my care and was told it would be corrected and that it would not affect himAnother LIE, the charts followed him to *** and no corrections were made This concern of mine may seem minuet, but looking at a kid with serious behavioral issues it serves as an injustice to incorrectly label himEspecially when all the relevant issues are left outI only ask that his charts reflect the true behavioral concerns regarding this innocent child whose only voice would be that of a concerned adult, Guardian, Advocate, or therapist
This experience has caused me great heart ache and mental anguish because I trusted themIn the end it seems I did him more harm than help by entrusting his well being, mental stability, and behavioral issues in the unqualified hands of Hillcrest Behavioral Services.Â

In the past year, Fayette Heating and Air has installed a new HVAC system, done a complete duct cleaning and their electricians have done various work around the houseOhI forgotH2O Maestro has installed a water heater tooALL of the technicians have been nothing but professional, clean and courteousWe like the fact that everything is one quoted price for the job, not hourlyWe've always been pleased with scheduling and availability too

We purchased two 2012 [redacted] from this dealership in 2014. We kept both of the them for one year. We thought we recived a good deal on the cars, but the cars were terrible quality. The first car purchase was good, I think we got one call from the dealership with a thank you, the second I never heard from them ever again. And when you come in for service, Oh... this part isn't under warranty, we bought both within the bumper to bumper warranty. The one [redacted] was ok, was in service for some leaks and visor repairs and the interior just was loose all over, like an old car. The second one was traded off after one year with only 27000 mi. The second car had a bad transmission they never would fix, they say just let the car warm up, and the drivers seat broke, they did fix, never felt the same again, and they let me drive a car with a broken seat untill the parts came in for repair. Real safe ha. A close friend of mine referred me to the dealership, they know the owner of the dealership, they have known Joe [redacted] for years, I felt safe, doesn't matter, a dealership is a dealership. I at lease got both the extended warrantys for both cars refunded.

Fayette Heating and Air is an organization full of top notch employees. Their technicians are friendly and for the most part have conducted themselves professionally and capably. Their Customer Service Rep Marty goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I know this after several years as a customer. Unfortunately Fayette suffers from unethical policy and procedures particularly with their monthly support policy and also their unethical overcharge for parts. After several repairs I have checked for parts in the business world; parts they replaced in my units. I found that they regularly charge ten times or more what the part is actually worth. I don't mind a bit of price mark-ups if a good job is accomplished successfully and apparently companies can charge whatever mark-up they want for their services. But my recent experience for a part that cost over $500 through Fayette that I could have purchased online for $20 sent me over the edge. The highest price I found this part was for $170 - Through Fayette I paid $575.00. Ridiculous and, at least in my mind, unethical. That's only one example. I could give more but personally I am looking for another repair guy.

Great family run business. Always take care of my service & body shop needs when I need them and quickly. When I have issues they take the time to explain things to me. I have bought cars & trucks from them for over 15 years. I still shop around to make sure they give me a good deal and they always do the first time. (Seriously, don't dink me around on price, that is priceless.) There is a good reason they have been in Carol Stream for over 40 years.

I purchased a system from Fayette Heating and Air after a site visit and consultation from a sales representative. At the time it seemed the right choice (not the lowest price) of three estimates. I was assured that the unit would be more than sufficient to perform the heating and air needs for my finished attic, only the attic.

The system never cooled sufficiently and I had the technicians return to see if the system contained a problem. They stated that the fan simply needed adjustment and that one of the ducts was disconnected during installation, but that the adjustments would solve any issues.

The next summer the issues continued to the point of having to supplement the attic with a portable unit. I had technicians come back and inspect the unit and perform annual maintenance but they stated that the system was fine.

This past summer I scheduled maintenance for the systems, routine checkups, and also stated that it just wasn't performing to standards expressed during the sale process. No action or even a diagnosis with regard to system performance or space requirements. To top it off, the inspection/maintenance was a joke, sadly that is the only descriptive word for the service, a joke. Having had multiple vendors in multiple cities perform annual maintenance on our HVAC systems, this was without question a waste, at a significantly higher cost than competitor advertisements.

I was also reminded of the substandard performance when the air handler separated from the main element because it wasn't supported or secured in place, just taped to the unit. Notice for this came via the larger water damage spot to the ceiling when the unit separated, fell and disrupted the condensation line, which promptly leaked into the insulation and sheet rock.

I've come to the conclusion that the substandard initial evaluation, system installation and follow up are just indicators of the lack of quality and the company operating procedure.

Buyer beware, they are overpriced and under perform. Look elsewhere for your HVAC needs, no reason to learn the same lesson learned here.
