Have attempted to resolve the issue by 3 phone calls and 2 letters. Nothing has been done. Water service was brought from the street to our home. In doing so, the contractor never provided a written estimate of work. When performing clean-up they damaged our invisible fence to contain our dogs. Damaged the lawn in 3 places and did not replace the grass with seed or sod. Additionally, east of our home, there is a large pile of dirt and rock. When the dirt and rock were placed back in the ground east side of our home, it was mixed (when removed the rock was between 18-24 inches against our home) and now may not provide appropriate draining of water from the basement and could cause basement flooding and or damage to the walls. When the initial work was discussed we were told it would cost $1,750, than we were told because of where it needed to be placed it would be $2,000. Yet when we received the bill it was $2,250.00. And the company is now charging us interest at a rate of 1.5% per month yet they have not resolved our issues.
