Director, [redacted], to contact a mold remediation company. [redacted] was contacted on 10/10/2016 the day I discovered the issue at hand. At which point we contacted Ms. [redacted] to advise her that an appointment had been scheduled for 10/12/16 on which date [redacted] was to test the unit for mold. Testing was conducted on 10/12/16 of which the unit tested positive for mold and remediation was conducted on 10/26/16. Ms. [redacted] then returned to the office on November 28, 2016 and reported another leak in her other bathroom. I sent maintenance November 28, 2016 to find and repair leak from the unit above. For compensation of her being patient, we gave her a $200 credit on her December pro-rated rent because she was moving out.
