I'm sending this email as per our conversation regarding complaint ID # [redacted]
This client initially requested refund but did not follow proper steps to submit request to proper customer service email
"margin-bottom: 12pt;">Then claimed (as per Revdex.com complaint) she sent via website; which was the wrong website - so we wouldn't have received that 2nd request
After receiving the Revdex.com complaint via paper mail - I personally contacted her for clarification and to help her with proper refund request
The client has been refunded
And she said she would call Revdex.com again, to clarify and ask that her complaint be removed

Review: After reviewing the website, I ordered a password that would take me to an online video that would show exercise movements that were proven to show results in cellulite. If unsatisfied with your results, you were offered a refund within 60 days (per the website). I just want my refund. The phone number takes you to a voice mail where they tell you that they do not accept phone calls and you have to email them.
