He was recommended by a friend of mine, and after reading a few very positive reviews, I called for a problem with my a/c system. He came when he said he would, checked out my system, and took care of it. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and very honest. I recommend him to anyone who needs heating and a/c service. Be warned, it may take a while since he is in such demand, purely by word of mouth.","pos-1
