[redacted] cruised my property and told me that my trees weren't worth much. We signed an agreement and [redacted] removed 5 truckloads of hardwood, for which he received $14,740.00 (I have the receipt). [redacted] paid me $1,474.00, which was 10% of the sum he received for my worthless timber. [redacted] also removed 3 truckloads of pulpwood. I complained to [redacted] that his employees were stealing my wood and he laughed indicating that they do that all the time. He also told me that he owned the limbs cut from the trees and I could not sell it separately. I gave [redacted] the opportunity to make our agreement fair and equitable and to stop his employees stealing or remove his equipment from my property. I documented my concerns in letter to him on September 29, 2013. He and his employees are not to be trusted on my property or give an accurate value for my timber.
