Sorry for the delay we did advise the customer that the part was back ordered we are expecting delivery on the parts as of 02/20/2017 and will be out to the home to install by the 21st we will also provide a new invoice to the customer as well if there is anything further needed or any suggestions...

really big issue that he would purchase something with such visible cosmetic damage as we explained to her it was purchased in that condition and there is nothing we can do about the dents. a few weeks pass and we have heard nothing in regaurds to any isssues they may have had with the unit. on 06/13/2016 [redacted] contacted our office and told our sales rep the unit now had roaches and wanted a full refund but that is not something we can do theres no way of proving that our unit provided the pest but we do understand his frustration and are willing to work with him we offered a replacement of his choice and he could come in pick one out and inspect the unit before delivery so we can assure the customer it doesnt have any pest the customer said that was unacceptable and refused our offer at any time we are willing to work with him and get him a replacement

The customer purchased the units in July through crest financial that offers a 90 day payoff option that allows the customer to purchase the appliances for the amount that would be the same as cash if paid off within 90 days we explain all terms to the agreement and have the customer agree and sign...

if the customer agrees to the terms which state after the 90 days interest will occur at the agreed upon rate between the customer and crest financial and for any question regarding payments or cancellation to contact crest financial directly because JoeJoes appliance will no longer own the lease agreement so for any type of refund or cancellation that would be something the customer would have to discuss with the finance company which we have already advised her. The warranty is through our company and we promise every customer a 90 day full coverage warranty if there is any problem within 90 days we will repair or replace the unit at no charge to the customer we do understand these are used appliances and sometimes things do happen so we also offer one year of labor only warranty which means we will work on the unit for free but the customer is responsible for transportation and parts if the customer brings the unit in we will take into consideration the situation and do everything we can to repair the units at no charge as long as we don't have to order new parts we are willing to work with the customer to resolve this issue but a refund is not something we can authorize that would have to be handled by the finance company sorry for the inconvience this may have cause and do let us know of any recommendations in resolving the issue.

Review: We purchased a used refridgerator from Joe Joe's 4/14/2016. It came with a 90 day warranty on parts and repairs. We paid for delivery and removal of our old fridge which had stopped working. The delivery service would not put the fridge in our house and did not take the old fridge with them. Driver stated that he didn't know he had to bring it through a door and that he didn't have time to deal with it because he had plans that night. When I got home from work I installed the new fridge and we disposed of our old one. After installing the fridge we discovered that the water water dispenser and ice maker were not working and that the refrigerator side was not maintaining a proper temperature. We contacted Joe Joe's and asked for a tech come out for a repair [redacted] told my wife that the technician was out and would not be back til Monday the 25th and she would give us a call to schedule an appointment. I called Monday afternoon of the 25th of April to follow up because [redacted] had not called us. She told me that she had not been in contact with her technician and they are currently seeking a new one. I offered to locate some technicians for her because I wanted to get my fridge fixed. I gave her 4 #'s of local appliance repair men in Stockton that had high ratings on [redacted] provided [redacted] with the #'s and names at which point she said no we are looking for our own technician. My response was very concise her technician search was not my or anyone's problem but her's and that I wanted to have my refrigerator fixed. The fridge was sold to me with a 90 day warranty stating that it was covered for parts and labor. A technician came out on April 28th said that we needed to turn on the ice maker for him to start trouble shooting the water flow issue and that the filter needed to be replaced and that they should have given us a fresh filter to star with. He stated he would call back Friday the 29th. He did not. I contacted [redacted] on May 4th asking when we could expect the technician back out to repair our fridge. Her response was one moment via text. On Tuesday May 10th I called her again she left me on hold for 10 minutes and then told me to come in she had a filter for me I asked about the technician at which point she told me that If I was unhappy with the fridge that I could return it and they would nullify my contract. That leaves us without a fridge, I stated again clearly that I wanted my fridge repaired and she stated that they would allow us to return the fridge and nullify our contract. I asked to speak directly to the person she was being coached by in the background she told me that there was no one there. After Having this conversation I went to get the filter it was another USED filter it was filthy. I declined the offer. My wife reviewed them on [redacted] and we are not the only ones with this issue that's when I called the police to report Fraud the officer stated that this is better taken up with Revdex.com and he said that not a single complaint had been filed. That's when I realized this company is preying on people in a bind and they need to be stopped. After every Phone conversation I had with [redacted] I emailed the company to document the conversation never have I gotten an email response.Desired Settlement: I want my fridge fixed. Water doesn't flow out of the dispenser and the thermostat has to be at it's lowest setting in the fridge in order for it to not go over 44 degrees. It runs constantly.

Review: This place is selling people garbage appliances. They need to be shut down. They are knowingly ripping people off left and right. They are using a finance company to over charge for their appliances. The finance company sends them the money and then your appliance stops working and they can care less. They need to be shut down. Do not go to this business. Avoid them. We are now stuck paying 520 dollars to a finance company and left with a non working refrigerator.Desired Settlement: I want them to come pick up their piece of garbage and send the money back to [redacted]. They are not rightfully entitled to that money. They are knowingly ripping people off!

Review: I got a washer and refrigerator from joe joe's appliances. I received the refrigerator with damages I reported the issue 3 times and every time I got the same story that the service technician was going to come out.But never came out nor a phone call to let me know on status or reson for not coming out.I had to go out of my way to just drop in the store and ask what was going on.Same excuse and not a manager or supervisor on the premises I asked to speak to the owner and till this day I have not received a phone call from the owner of the Applaince store till this very day very unprofessional business wont recomend this place to anyone the repairs are simple between like the are sop hard because no one from joe joe's appliance is willing to do whats need to be done the refrigerator door dropped drown and the bottom right metal piece is bent to where door hits it is the principal of this not calling and no show is not talorated I paid a good amount to get the service I need.And too ad the delivery was way off I did not get the washer on the Saturday as agreed olong with the refrigerator I waited till Monday for washer and that was the main reason for me going to get the appliance my old washer broke and needed a washer asap not when ever they wanted and instead of the delivery guy calling the shop he just never called I had to call and adress Joe joe's appliance and all they know is I am sorry but don't fix the stuffy you have to be demanding and that don't always work I won't do anymore business with them and I have roaches coming out of my refrigerator I never had any roaches or bugs inside our home now thanks to Joe joe's Applaince we have roaches.Desired Settlement: I want the company to have some one come out and fix the refrigerator issue and I want Joe joe's Applaince to pay for a exterminator and get rid of our roaches before I gets out of hand and hopefully I won't have any problems against with this company.

I am rejecting this response because: they have not been honest they had never sent out the tech to fix the problem second I am not complianing about dents its the door that has drooped was not like that at the store and when I saw it at home I notice and called them theres several complaints about phone aervice I called many times and no one would answer my call nor could I leave a messege to them I had to drive out there and address them and the other problem thats wrong is a corner piece that was bent more than it was at store I could not see the sides to say if there was damage and I did not mind but the item on bottom the right bottom corner piece was bent but nothing compare how it got when delivered.The company is very unprofetional and have to use my wife now as an excuse if I did not mention the roches sooner was due to several reason including 1.I had surgery 2.the roches come out at night and we not infested not yet atleast I have pics and now glue traps to show the company 3. There hardly anyone at home they just dont want to asume reponsability they never said to me anything was as is I understand that the item was not new but roches come one how low.And I spoke to the lady that sold me items and said to me that she would replace the refrigerator after I mention the fact that I complained and since I am disable its not always eazy for me to drive and go here and there if the can make sure that the replacement is an exact model and in good condition meaning not worse than the one I have I will take it but the will have to have it on to have the freeon work up to the frezer and also to see if theres roches inside here I had to have mine on for 2 hours before using it that is what I would want and hopefully I dont have more issues with company.And shame on the lady that metion my wife soo petty should you what kind of people they are when she never once said anything nor has gone to store where I got these items
