Joe's crew did damage to my home that they just tried to sweep under the rugI was going to let that slideHowever, his crew cemented a screen under the drain on the patio which eventually became blocked and I couldn't access it to get it outCall him for help and he had a hissy fit but eventually agreed to helpWell, I took off work for when "No Show Joe" said he would be there and well, he never actually showed upI reached out to try again to get him to help and in his words "don't call me again, don't text me again" Do not trust him, he is a shady contractorI wish I could say the work was fine but in all honesty, I could have saved $and done it myself and it would have turned out equal

This guy is an absolute disgraceI contracted for a 42" walkway, I got a 36" walkway' There was supposed to be a side pad of concrete 3'x3' next to the back sidewalkThat never happenedThe contractor shows up to take the deposit and leaves a couple of guys to do the workHe does not show up again until he wants more moneyHis crew tries to take every shortcut they canThey were supposed to lay 4" of stone and 4" of concreteThey put down 2" of eachIf you want the job done right don't even think about hiring this guy

Review: I had Mr. Kazarnowicz pour cement steps and and do a landing for me on 09-28-2013,2 months later it all cracked and started to lift up from the ground which is a safety issue if someone walks out my back door. I contacted Mr. Kazarnowicz on 11-29-2013 when I found that the concrete had all cracked and lifted,he stated that he had several people who's cement had cracked,he blamed it on the weather,but he said that he would stand by it and fix it for no cost,but I would have til the Spring. MAy 15th,2014 I contacted Mr. Kazarnowicz and he said that he was busy give him until the first week of June,2014 I said ok. Never heard from him. Left several messages in July,he never returned them. On August 18,2014 I called Mr. Kazarnowicz,he did not answer but left him a voice mail stating that I wanted him to call about the concrete I waited long enough,no return call. On August 22,2014 called again and left voice mail stating that I was going to file a civil case against him,he called right back and said that he would do the work and not file,I agreed and he came out several days later (on August 26th) to look at the cement,he said that he would be out by that Friday August 29th,2014 to break it up then be back on September 2nd,2014 to pour the new steps and landing never showed up either day. The person who refered him (Mr. KAzarnowicz) to me I had called him and he contacted Mr. Kazarnowicz and Mr. Kazarnowicz promised him that he would be out to my residence on 09-23-2014 he gave him his word,never showed nor did he call.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the steps and landing replaced,if Mr Kazarnowicz can't do the work I would like a refund of $2100.00 which I had paid for the work so I can get someone else to do the work. I'am worried about someone falling and getting hurt.
