Review: CF- As Stated by the Customer.
I was given a price quote on cutting sown & grinding the stumps of 3 yucca trees on the east side of
[redacted] Rd #5. The Yuccas were cut down and the stumps presumably were ground.
The side yard was left littered with approx. 2 cubic yards of debris. we were advised by our pest control expert that this cellulose debris is attractive to subterranean termites not to mention its hindering the drainage on that side. It is an unsightly sponge like mass. It had been agreed that all debris would be hauled away and included in the price of $650. My building was sprayed as well as that of our neighbor with a sticky Yucca mush thrown by the chain saws. No Plastic protection or at least a cleaning of the walls and windows was attempted. He just left leaving the walls and windows was attempted. He just left leaving debris and 2 stained buildings behind.Desired Settlement: Clean her area on the building @ 650 W. Gonzales Rd. along east side of unit 5. Remove Yucca debris left on the ground Approx. Volume 2 cubic yards.
