Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: it was agreed to a service chargeI was looking for tickets in the $section, not $tickets for $As well as the tickets I received was not in the section that was stipulated in the orderWhen I purchased the tickets by phone, it was clear that we wanted the non $section which is better seating In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

In response to the second inquiry we'd like to reiterate that *** ***' tickets were upgraded due to her filing and initiating a credit card charge back complaint with her credit card company making it impossible to keep her tickets reserved for herOn 2/**/*** *** placed a chargeback with her credit card company (can provide documents if needed) stating that she did not make the charge on her cardThe chargeback process does take time and more times than not the card company unfortunately does side with their clientBecause of this, *** ***' tickets located in section row were released due to her initiating the charge back claiming that she did not place the orderWe were contacted back by the card holder's bank on 3/**/and received a statement saying that the transaction will stand (can provide documents if needed) as the card holder does not have a right to a refund since the order was placed by the card holderAt this time *** *** tickets were replaced with tickets in section row moving her from a non-club section (332) to a luxury club section in (311) one section and rows closer to the stage for a better viewing point of the talentOur cost on these tickets was actually $per ticket causing a loss for our company (can provide purchase order) due to the time lost during the month long charge back periodWe did not want *** *** to be without tickets so we provided the upgraded tickets even though we were taking a loss on the request. *** *** purchased her tickets from *** who states in their terms and conditions the following regarding service fees:Above Face Value Tickets sold through SITE are often obtained through secondary market TICKET SELLERS and are being resold, in many cases, above the price or "face value" listed on the ticketAll ticket prices include additional service charges and handling fees as defined on each orderSITE and its TICKET SELLERS are not directly affiliated with any performer, sports team, or venue; and SITE does not act as a primary sale box office, unless otherwise statedBy agreeing to these TERMS, USER agrees that the purchase price for tickets on their order does not reflect the original purchase price of the ticket and may be either higher or lower than the original purchase price. If *** *** has any issues with the website where she placed the order I advice that she contact them directly at ###-###-####We were a ticket seller on their website and *** *** just so happened to purchased tickets were the request was sent to our company to fulfillAll the service fees paid went to that websiteThis complaint should be filed with *** and not with our company as we did everything in our power to go above and beyond making sure that *** *** was able to obtain the event, which she did attend

On 2/*/2016 [redacted] placed a ticket request for Beyonce tickets on the website [redacted] is a website that sells tickets on the secondary market. On their...

website home page on the right hand side it clearly states the following: "[redacted]. Pricing: [redacted]" Joe Knows Tickets is a ticket broker and once tickets are purchased, requests are sent to Joe Knows Tickets (along with many other brokers) to fulfill the requests. The face value of tickets has no baring on the price that [redacted] was willing to pay for her ticket at that time as she agreed to pay the market value price at the time of check out. Terms and conditions found on [redacted] site that are agreed to at time of check out: __________________________________________________________________ Event Tickets Center Privacy [redacted]. ___________________________________________________________________ On 2/**/2016 [redacted] placed a chargeback with her credit card company (can provide documents if needed) stating that she did not recognize the charge on her card. The chargeback process does take time and more times than not the card company unfortunately does side with their client. Because of this, [redacted] tickets located in section 332 row 15 were released. We were contacted back by the card holder's bank on 3/**/2016 and received a statement saying that the transaction will stand (can provide documents if needed) as the card holder does not have a right to a refund. At this time [redacted] tickets were replaced with tickets in section 311 row 8 moving her from a non-club section (332) to a luxury club section in (311) one section and 7 rows closer to the stage for a better viewing point of the talent. Our cost on these tickets was actually $200.60 per ticket causing a loss for our company (can provide purchase order) due to the time lost during the month lon g charge back period. We did not want [redacted] to be without tickets so we provided the upgraded tickets even though we were taking a loss on the request. In conclusion [redacted] is under the preconceived notion that her tickets were purchased at the face value on the tickets, but she actually chose to purchase the tickets on the secondary market and her request was also fulfilled on the secondary market as well (at a loss to our company). We tried explaining this this several times to [redacted] via telephone and via internet interface but she insisted on pursuing the route of the Revdex.com.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: it was agreed to a service charge. I was looking for tickets in the $150 section, not $100 tickets for $150. As well as the tickets I received was not in the section that was stipulated in the order. When I purchased the tickets by phone, it was clear that we wanted the non $150 section which is better seating.
