Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].[redacted]  installed an asphalt driveway at my home on 9-3-14.  There was no foot or vehicle traffic  use on the driveway for a minimum of 10 days.  When I walked off my back sidewalk onto the asphalt the step drop was 4" lower than before presenting a awkward step with a potential for injury.  The new driveway was lower than the previous one.  I called [redacted] and he came over to look at the step.  His statement to me was, " you will get use to it, it will be alright."  In addition to the lower step, the unfinished side of the concrete foundation was exposed.  After three days of using the sidewalk onto the driveway, and having a neighbor visit who almost fell stepping down from the sidewalk I called [redacted]. again.  He came again but did not want to make any adjustment.  I then asked him if this job would be acceptable to him at his house.  He decided it would not and sent a worker to install a step at the end of the sidewalk and cover the unfinished foundation with concrete.  In the summer of 2015 I noticed that there were some areas in the asphalt that were soft and depressed with loose gravel.  I call several times in the late summer of 2015 without any response from [redacted].  I again called several times during the summer and fall of 2016 without a response until his secretary, [redacted], called and made an appointment for [redacted] to came and look at the driveway on 10-8-16.  [redacted] did not come or call.  I have called him and e-mailed him multi times since then.  At no time did [redacted] look at the asphalt driveway for the areas in question.  At no time did [redacted]. inform me he would no longer accept my calls.  His contract states, "7 year transferrable guarantee upon settlement of asphalt". This is very distressing as I expected [redacted]. to stand by his contract.
