The last correspondence I had with Mrs*** was on November 22, via textMrs*** had said at that time that "you will get your fee, minus half the electrician repair"I have not heard from Mrs*** sinceNor have I received any payments to dateI felt that splitting the
electrician bill was a fair compromise, since I had found another area that may been causing the electrical issueRegarding the additional repair, which I did say I would not charge for initially was because it was the right thing to do given the fact that the purpose of my services being requested was to prepare the house for saleThere was a trim board hanging from a dormer on the second floor, above the garageI did say that I changed my mind about that repair because I felt I was being treated unfairly for something that I did not feel was absolutely attributable to meI have operated my company for years, power washing being a part of that business for years and the man that power washed that house has years of experience and neither of us has ever experienced the electrical damage that Mrs*** has said we caused. I do not wish to belabor this any longerIf Mrs*** feels that deducting the full amount is the right thing to do, so be itIf she feels that not paying for the additional services provided, finePlease pay the amount due less the electrical fee and be done with it
