I hired Aaron K*** of Steinhafels to do design work in my condoAs part of the redesign, K*** recommended Pavloski Construction LLC to renovate my bathroomThe renovation included stripping the floors and bathroom tile and installing a vanity and cabinetsWhen the project was nearing completion, I noticed many of the bathroom tiles were crooked, there were multiple cracks in the 3/round and visible nail holes in the baseboardsK*** came over to look at the workHe took pictures and agreed with me that Pavloski Construction LLC would have to come back and the workIt's now been months since then and nobody has contacted me regarding the re-doAlso, I'm having humidity issues in my condo and a professional inspector told me that my brand new bathroom fan (which should include a dehumidifier) doesn't have the motion sensor I was told it would have, and it isn't working properlyI emailed Zach Pavloski, owner of Pavloski Construction LLC and have not heard a single wordI'm extremely disappointed with the work on this entire project and lack of follow-up
Zack P*** of Pavloski Construction LLC was hired as a general contractor to do an extensive remodeling project on the house that I ownJob was completed to the best of my knowledge until I got notified by the village building inspector that the they did not apply for all the appropriate permits as required by the municipality Permit required that was not done was for the roof in which they did a complete tear off and reinstallAs a licensed contractor they are suppose to follow all municipal proceduresAfter numerous attempts to contact Mr.Zack P*** were unsuccessful he finally made contact with me and told me that" Sorry he is not going to do it." He is very unprofessional and was being sarcastic about the whole situationHe has been paid in full for the whole job with the assumption that he followed all the proper protocolNeedless to say by my surprise I was unaware that this permit was not pulledIn closing per my conversation with the municipality the contractor
