Hello!! My name is ***. I was told on June 22, 2020 that I was approved for a vehicle, and everything was ready to go. I arrived, and I sat at the dealership for hours. I was told that my credit would only be ran once, and they pulled it six times, without my authorization. The way I was treated was totally unacceptable, and I would never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Machens. I purchased a vehicle from the Honda Dealership the next day.

Everything went well until I bought my truck. The dealership at the very end of the process informed me they didn’t have the title to the truck, when at first they said ya you will get the title the day you sign. Then they were supposed to get the five digit factory reset code for me and then nothing. I have called and left messages on the status of these two things and no response back from them what so ever.
We apologize that phone calls were not returned in a timely manner. We have reached out to the customer and believe that his issues have been or will be resolved shortly. We are waiting for the State of Missouri to issue a duplicate title. If your concerns are not resolved please contact me directly at ***.
