Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As also stated in the original complaint, the information regarding the above referenced warning lights and wheel balance issue were disclosed to me after the vehicle was paid for, verbally assured to me to be in identical condition as the first Caprice which did not have warning lights on the dash at the time of sale, and the paperwork was signed and sentText messages to salesman [redacted] ***'s phone with date stamps are attached to verify thisThe language involving the fact that I was informed before I took delivery of the vehicle in the response from Joe Machens implies that I was able to get my money backHowever, On May 12, [redacted] of Machens Ford, when confronted with the lack of integrity lying within informing me of the car's issues after payment and document signature, commanded that when the transport truck showed up the Caprice will be going on it as there was nothing I could do at that point since the papers were signed and the money wiredI maintain that the business practices seen by the management and staff at Joe Machens Ford are not at all representative of a business that earns a rating of A- at the Revdex.com Sincerely, [redacted]

I spoke with melanie in reference to her complaint, there is approx $in cancellations on the car she traded in , she told me she has recvd checks in the mailshe has money coming back to her for credit life/disability/gap ins/ext warranty, we used the cancellation money as money down on
her loanwe have a company policy that no paperwork is to be sent out until were paid in fullher and one of our business mngrs are trying in very timely manner to get this resolved,

The checks I received are due to refinancing through State Farm BankI have not received any further checksThis is not a sufficient response for all I have went through to get Joe Machen to do their jobI have purchased the vehicle over month ago There is no excuse for this poor customer service

The dealership worked exhaustively to help Ms [redacted] obtain a new vehicle which included attempting to secure financing. The initial request for Ms [redacted]'s SSN was indeed to determine the exact payoff of her...

current loan. Subsequently, she was informed that in order to determine what financing would be possible that her credit would have to reviewed. 3 month/3,000 mile Powertrain Warranty. They were repaired as a goodwill gesture by Machens Vandiver. After reviewing files signed by Mr. [redacted], all documents were signed by Mr. [redacted] with the acknowledgement that the mustang was being sold as is, all documents will be emailed to you.  Vehicle was not a salvage title, as stated in his letter to Revdex.com.vehicle was sold as-is /documents to follow

Unfortunately we have yet to duplicate the Customer's concerns related to this complaint. The last visit was June 29th and the vehicle was kept for multiple days and never once did not start. As with any concern if we can not duplicate it we can not repair it.
