I have researched the issue and found the funds The monies are being distributed today 7/21/in the amount of $to Ally bank The check number is [redacted] The check is being overnighted and should reach the bank tomorrow 7/22/ We apologize for the delay and are working on our process to make sure anamolies of this nature do not exist in the future

In the above referenced case number I have submitted the additional amount for the complete $1500.00.Also we have cancelled the other agreement for the remaining $and this should be credited from Toyota Financial Services to the appropriate lienholder of [redacted] *** We had previously not cancelled this because when the cancellation form was filled out only the box for the warranty was marked as we were unaware that the maintenance needed to be cancelled as well but when I spoke with [redacted] she informed me it should be the whole amount so we back dated the cancellation on the maintenance contract to be the original date as well

Machens Toyota has taken the costumer out of this vehicle and put costumer in another vehicleFeel that the costumer has been taken care of and to there satisfaction [redacted] GM

See AttachedJoe Machens Toyota had Notice of Lien's filed causing an error for our customer to register her vehicle.On September 12,2017, We received the Lein Release needed and spoke with our customer and emailed it to her per her request and she can now register her vehicle

Due to a clerical error the State of Missouri does not currently have the correct vehicle identification number on the title record associated with this vehicle Joe Machens Toyota is working to correct this error as quickly as possible A dealership representative will contact the customer to discuss transportation alternatives until the title issue is corrected

I am responding to the complaint submitted by *** *** on October 25, 2017. I have contacted *** and resolved the case. Joe Machens Toyota will refund the $for the tires she purchased. We have secured the lien release for the Lexus and forwarded it to DMV.
Additionally, I have offered to do a complete detail of her vehicle and supply a loaner vehicle at no charge.Regards, *** ***General manager

ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meIt was a long and stressful learning experience that was not dealt with much professionalismMany phone calls, voicemails and emails were not responded toI requested many times the contact information for the extended warranty I purchased (which was not given to me upon signing of any paperwork) and still was unable to obtain that information. Although I had to raise my payments, obtain a cosigner, and basically start the whole car buying process over again, I am glad that there has been some form of resolution.

using the address *** *** *** Columbia, MO as her address on all documentationThis is the address we used when we mailed the title.We reached out to the USPS inquiring and found out that Ms*** put in an address forward in October and then an additional forward in November However she utilized the original *** *** *** address during the January purchase. In speaking with the USPS the title was sent to *** ***The first forward didn't go through because it didn't have a unit # so it was re-forwarded to the second forward which is a PO BoxThis should be arriving next week per USPS.Thank you so much!

for 60 days. A true leader would have resolved this issue for the customer long ago. I'll believe in his ability to resolve the issue when I actually see it done.
