The day that I took the title back from [redacted] I din't say anything about receiving the $back If he spoke with [redacted] regarding this matter then it wasn't relayed to me Bob no longer works for the company so I haven't spoke about it with him If the $is going to make him happy then I will get a check request handed in

I am still not happyI spoke with my loan officer today 10/28/at 1:and the bank said they had never heard anything from Joe Machens VolkswagenAlso I am a male and they continue to call me a female, which I feel like is a form of sexually harassment, and I will not tolerate it! I honestly don't understand how hard it is for them to look at their records to find out my genderI guess if my name was *** or *** or even *** they would say he or mister, but since my name is *** it's hard for them to believe that would be a male name
The only thing they finally did was redo our contract and lower my monthly paymentI'm still dissatisfied that they kept referring to me as a female though they have met me several timesThey never apologized or anything for thatTheir employees have been taking advantage of people, with saying that we need the extended warrantyMy bank said this was illegal practice to tell the customers they are forced to financeThey acted like this was my problem and they wouldn't work with me at allWhen I would make the hour and a half trip down there, they acted like I was an inconvenience to them since they did the contract incorrectly and had to fix it

I have been in contact with [redacted] to come to a resolution

They gave me the $500 check for my trade in but $250 for the downpayment I made I haven't got. At the time it was disputed with my bank and it has since the dispute was denied and the money was taken from my bank account. I was told I would get $500 check for the car I traded in and the $250 for down payment but since that was disputed nothing was done. But now the $250 was taken back out of my account yesterday, I'm wanting that back like I was told by the executive manager of Machens. It was going smoothly till the dispute was denied and the took the $250 back out of my account. So what can be done. Ive attempted to reach them but not getting any reply from the dealership. $7,250 for my trade in and theyve given me nothing back. Theyve jerked me aroumd. Numerous attempts to contactbthem and they never contact me back. No return emails or calls. [redacted] brought the 2000 Beetle in for a lost key.  Purchased a "valet" key that does not come with remote unlock or lock function.  After Master Certified Technician programmed the supplied key he stated clearly that "completed key program but car alarm continues to go off"....

 This repair would not connect to any ABS function.  Customer was informed that the door lock switch may be faulty.  The key WAS programmed as requested.  It appears clear that Joe Machens Volkswagen did nothing other than service requested and has zero fault with current problems with the 2000 Beetle with 124,500 miles.  I have copied [redacted], Joe Machens Service Manager, to this reply as she is the one that supplied me with the attachment. [redacted]General ManagerJoe Machens Volkswagen
