Review: J & M Concrete put in a new double wide driveway at our address on November 2013. Spring/Summer came 2014 we notice the driveway started having some cracking issues in one of the pads closest to our house. They said when it got warm out they would come and look at it. Never did, we called again they said again we would have to wait until it got cooler out September/ 2014. By this time all of the pads in the driveway were cracked. We called again they came and looked at it and said it would have to be replaced that we would have to wait until it got warmer out give a call back then. We waited again till Spring of 2015 the owner came to our house in April told my husband and I yes the driveway would have to come out call when it gets warm out. Again we called in June 2015 never would schedule an appointment with us never came to fix it. Finally my husband had gotten a hold of the owner she said we will come when it gets cool. The owner had contacted my husband and told him they would come on October 22nd & 23rd to fix it. They called my husband on Wednesday 21st said they couldn't make because they had to go back to another job at Moorestown Mall. They said they would come October 29th and 30th. Never called or showed up. We have invested over $4,000 in this project and we have nothing to show for it. Every pad they put it are splitting into two.Desired Settlement: Would like for the owner to live up to her agreement with us that she will replace the driveway.

Review: On November 4, 2013 J&M Concrete replaced our driveway,9 sidewalk blocks and driveway apron. On or about July 8,2015 we notice a crack in the apron and the main driveway. Also pitting through out. We called [redacted], on July 16, 2015 she checked it out and said she will replace the apron but not the other crack and will be here in 6 weeks. On August 27, we called her again and said she will be here in 3 weeks. On September 1, 2015 we notice that where the expansion joints are supposed to be the concrete is now flaking off.We called her again on September 18,2015 And she said will be here on October 12 or the 19th. We called on the 19th and she said we were not to call her again.Desired Settlement: That J&M would honor her committment to replace the apron of our driveway.
