Revdex.com:I spoke with the business--my complaint ID [redacted] was not "in error" however the business did call the [redacted] again on my behalf without additional retainer charges to follow up and clarify the issues. At this point, the situation appears to be resolving.
I'm not understanding this selection, but we have provided our responses, the complain-tent has provided a copy of the engagement agreement showing our quotes. We can provide another copy of our time sheet, with certain words taken out because of confidentiality if requested. I had asked if the Revdex.com has a policy to contact law enforcement or if we should concerning his threat.
We still have a copy of his return and strongly urge him to contact the IRS to resolve any delinquencies. Collection action, to be stopped requires a negotiation and not the simple filing of a tax return. He should get the return from us, and call the IRS to resolve his tax issues. Everything was o.k., and he was happy with the service, until we asked for more money due to additional complications on the return. He went crazy and then decided to escalate this to a complaint instead of just accepting our agreement to let him have the return without paying extra. He refused to discuss the matter with us and then started threatening us. The best I can think of is he is scared of legal action from the IRS because of his prior actions, and is looking to blame it on someone instead of taking care of his legal business.

Never have they ever said that NO MORE MONEY was needed. It was quite the contrary. In fact the exact phase on my recorded message was "You will need to contact us next week for an additional $500 payment".
Foolish, really? I know that from this point forward, should the IRS come after me, it will be because of you not taking care of this as you were FULLY paid to do. It is a sad day and time when a respectible citizen has to hire an attorney to keep a company from tarnishing his name with the IRS. Which from your response sounds exactly like what you are going to try and do.

Kinda foolish for you NOT to give me a refund and throw my return in the shreader. But nope, that not happening is it? You need to get vengeance! Tread lightly going forward....
I guess the Revdex.com is a moderator for emails passing back and forth? I'm done talking to these self righteous people...who have no clue about business relationships, only about the mighty $$$$$....

There is no company [redacted], CPA at this or any other address. I run a company [redacted] which is a corporation since the year 2000. This corporation did do business with your complainant. Please reissue this under the correct correct company name so we can respond. Thanks...
