weather was in the 30'sBecause after waiting for them to freeze it was too late and they would have to thaw before they could be repairedThe heat tape is supposed to be inspected by property owner or have someone come back to inspect every year before turning back on for new seasonHe did not do thisThis time a year we get so many calls that we may only get to 30% of them because everyone waits till it becomes an emergencyWe still have the majority of the people on our list still waiting over months for us to get to them and everyone has an emergency this time of yearAs a courtesy I told him not to wait because it was going to be longer than he wanted to waitThe heat tape that we installed was back in January 26, We have never been called back to check itLast year the baseboard broke in the back 1" floor bedroomWe capped off lines and he called his Insurance Co.to fix it.Joe Moore
