Their pool chemicals are of poor quality. I used thier super shock when I opened the pool. I used the recomended amount and it did nothing in bringing the chlorine levels up. I also used there granular chlorine and did nothing but cload the pool. I had to go out and buy another brand of chorine just to bring up the chlorine . I has taken alot of work to get rid of the cloadness their chemicals created. I burned out my pool pump and had to clean out and replace all the sand in my filter. This was a costly mistake. Now I have a big container of low grade chlorine I cant use. Stay away from this buisness.
