Funmotors RV sold for starters a Revolution (not an Expedition) to [redacted] and [redacted] (his father in law) Mr [redacted] (the father in law) came to view the rv after we took it off the market for them to come see Upon arrival the dash ac and the fridge were not cold (BEFORE they bought, not after delivery) Both worked fine for Funmotors RV when first arrived at our lot so we told Mr [redacted] he did not have to buy if he was not happy and we'd put back on market Instead he spent majority of the day checking the rv out After his inspection he said is we sent him a check for $(a settlement) he would go ahead and buy the rv On 7-24-we send the check written to Jeff [redacted] and [redacted] The check was cashed (Mr [redacted] and Mr [redacted] s signatures on the back), in the memo the check says "fleetwood settlement" I believe Mr [redacted] and Mr [redacted] s plan was to have us send them $and then they would buy a [redacted] ***s policy and claim these things broke after their purchase (Fraud) The buyers order we had my [redacted] sign had $being send in lieu of fridge and a/c not working When [redacted] ***s refused to pay part of the claim Mr [redacted] and Mr [redacted] decided to go back on their word with Funmotors RV Funmotors RV did not tell them to fix all and bring back to us to sell Funmotors RV said bring as is and we could fix or sell as is Funmotors RV normally charge 9% to sell an rv on consignment Funmotors RV will sell Mr [redacted] and Mr [redacted] s RV for half that if this helps them Funmotors RV will be forwarding a copy of the check and the signed buyers order to [redacted] ***s and rest assured [redacted] ***s will take action These type fraudulent claims are why warranties are so high Speaking of price, we sold this rv to them Mr [redacted] and Mr [redacted] for $65,and we normally sell them for no less than $80,so there is plenty of room to get Mr [redacted] and Mr [redacted] every penny they have invested back
