The facts presented in this complaint are incorrect and need to be clarified The customer called the car dealership directly not Joe Rader Towing The car dealership did not take the time to confirm the information The dealership in turn called us to go pick up the customer, however, they gave us the wrong disablement information Once my driver realized the customer was not at the location given to us, we called the dealership to get the customers phone #, we then called the customer directly and located him Joe Rader Towing always confirms the customers direct location when we dispatch Once my driver found the customer, he offered to follow the customer to the dealership in case something happened along the way since the customer did not want to be towed anymore So the minute wait time was clearly not our fault and out of our hands The minimum rate that we charge for a service (that is not a tow) is $plus tax We drove out to the customer and went out of our way to follow him to the dealershipWe did not tow the customer, but we clearly provided a service to him We charge accordingly for services that we provide to the customer We did not tow the customer but we did provide a service to himWe have contacted the customer but he has not responded We would like the customer to know the facts The customer should be upset with the dealership who did not get the correct information up front We were the just the middle man We are sorry this had to happen and hopefully he can understand our point of view.We will send the customer a check for the $

called us to go pick up the customer, however, they gave us the wrong disablement information.  Once my driver realized the customer was not at the location given to us, we called the dealership to get the customers phone #, we then called the customer directly and located him.  Joe Rader Towing always confirms the customers direct location when we dispatch.  Once my driver found the customer, he offered to follow the customer to the dealership in case something happened along the way since the customer did not want to be towed anymore.  So the 90 minute wait time was clearly not our fault and out of our hands.  The minimum rate that we charge for a service (that is not a tow) is $35.00 plus tax.   We drove out to the customer and went out of our way to follow him to the dealership. We did not tow the customer, but we clearly provided a service to him.  We charge accordingly for services that we provide to the customer.  We did not tow the customer but we did provide a service to him. We have contacted the customer but he has not responded.  We would like the customer to know the facts.  The customer should be upset with the dealership who did not get the correct information up front.  We were the just the middle man.  We are sorry this had to happen and hopefully he can understand our point of view.We will send the customer a check for the $36.93.
