I just received your email in reference to [redacted]. Unfortunately, we do not guarantee concrete as it says in our contract. ( I attached photo showing contract) [redacted] called with a complaint and I went out with in 48 hours to look at the issue. I called her and told...

her that concrete cracks especially when we have a harsh winter like we have here in [redacted]. I offered to repair the concrete work free of charge, but she didn't want that, I tried explaining, hypothetically speaking, if I were to replace it there would be no guarantee that after another brutal winter that it could crack again. I tried explaining that it is something that happens to concrete, it is only a hairline crack, it not a product default. Again I offered to come out and repair it and she decided to hang up on me. I try my best to keep my customers satisfied, even with concrete. Like I said we don't guarantee concrete, people use chemicals, salts etc on there concrete, and harsh weather conditions will cause concrete to crack. Can you please forward me the pictures she is talking about so I can make sure we are on the same page. I look forward to seeing the pictures, please forward this to [redacted] along with the picture that shows the part in our proposal that states we are not responsible for cracks due to weather conditions or any use of chemicals.
