Hi [redacted] , I just received your email in reference to [redacted] ***Unfortunately, we do not guarantee concrete as it says in our contract( I attached photo showing contract) [redacted] called with a complaint and I went out with in hours to look at the issueI called her and told her that concrete cracks especially when we have a harsh winter like we have here in [redacted] I offered to repair the concrete work free of charge, but she didn't want that, I tried explaining, hypothetically speaking, if I were to replace it there would be no guarantee that after another brutal winter that it could crack againI tried explaining that it is something that happens to concrete, it is only a hairline crack, it not a product defaultAgain I offered to come out and repair it and she decided to hang up on meI try my best to keep my customers satisfied, even with concreteLike I said we don't guarantee concrete, people use chemicals, salts etc on there concrete, and harsh weather conditions will cause concrete to crackCan you please forward me the pictures she is talking about so I can make sure we are on the same pageI look forward to seeing the pictures, please forward this to [redacted] along with the picture that shows the part in our proposal that states we are not responsible for cracks due to weather conditions or any use of chemicals Best Regards, Joe Ritchie
