Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I cannot check my balance to make sure the finance charge is correct, I created an account through Ford for Ford Credit to check my total loan amount and payments received, but every time I try to login to Ford Credit the message states "Ford Credit Account Manager is not available at this time" This has been going on for the last weeksI don't believe I received credit for my 1st payment, this is when they stated they would give me the $back (I had already made my 1st payment), I asked the finance guy if the 1st payment is included and he stated he would have to make a lot of phone calls to Ford to straighten this outI left a message for the manager about my concerns about this and never received a call back Sincerely, [redacted]

Please see the attached letter that was sent to [redacted] and he was told that he had to submit this letter to the credit bureaus As a company we cannot contact the credit bureaus on a customer's account/complaint, which is why we provide the letter The letter was mailed to *** [redacted] on January 12, Our General Sales Manager is contacting [redacted] again to ensure that he understands that he must submit the letter We are also resending the letter to [redacted] via email today

Mr. [redacted] vehicle was diagnosed and serviced on 1-18-2017, there are currently no outstanding issues.  While we try our best to ensure customer satisfaction, sometimes it is necessary for the customer to have to wait while the vehicle is being diagnosed and serviced.  Mr. [redacted] did...

purchase a vehicle that was used as a demo and unfortunately did experience a battery issue.  During the diagnosis, it was determined that there were no issues with the transmission.  All of the repairs were completed without charge to Mr. [redacted]. We respectfully request that this complaint be closed as resolved as all of the issues Mr. [redacted] had have been addressed and resolved. Thank you, [redacted]

Our Director of Service, [redacted], has been in contact with the customer trying to resolve the issues outlined in her complaint.  The customer is scheduled to come to our dealership for an inspection of her vehicle this week.  We will keep you informed as to the outcome of the inspection...

I don't believe I received credit for my 1st payment, this is when they stated they would give me the $500 back (I had already made my 1st payment), I asked the finance guy if the 1st payment is included and he stated he would have to make a lot of phone calls to Ford to straighten this out. I left a message for the manager about my concerns about this and never received a call back.
