I would not recommend this contractor to anyone! The crew did not take proper precautions to protect the plantings around our home which left us with broken and dead plants Told the truck driver delivering the shingles it was ok to drive on our lawn, causing ruts and he left the truck running which caused an are of our lawn to get burned The contract was for 6' of ice and water shield and we noticed they had only installed 3' They did not properly protect the roof when they left on the second day of the project During the night we had a heavy rain and my husband checked to make sure there we no leaks in the attic, only find three leaks in a roof that had been sound before they started this project Which caused him to have to bring tarps and buckets into the attic to prevent damage He also had to protect our plantings in the front of the house, since we saw what they did in the back and now he is cleaning all of the grit and shingle debris from under the gutter covers, which they so nicely replaced without cleaning!
