Joe The Computer Doctor Reviews (2)

Hi *** ***,I'm writing you in reference to *** *** *** ***,I do have a record of them being here for a reload of the operating system on their computer Yes on 5-09-they came to pick up their computer
As with all my customers, I have the
computer on a table, up and running so that they can see that everything is as expectedI go over all date that was saved andreturned to the computer, I also go over the computers performanceIf there are any inadequacies, I point it out, Processor, video card, sound card and RAMThere was none.If you took your car to be fixed and you had a Vmotor, and when you got it back someone replaced it with a Vmotor, would you not know right awayIts the same thing in the computer worldGoing from gig of ram to gig would make a very big difference in the computers performanceYou would know right away. The fact that she called more than months later to claim that I stole from her???I'm sorry but my business integrity is way to high for something so petty. When she called I offered for her to bring the computer back inI said lets see what's wrongShe went on to say that I didn't even load the operating system rightThat tells me that she may have taken it to some other place. If there was something wrong with the operating system, Why didn't she call me right away.I never ever steel, if anything, I giftVideo cards, sound cards and yes even ramSincerely, Joe,

I am rejecting this response because:
I am NOT satisfied with the response from the business Joe Computer Doctor.
We did notice a rapid decline in our computer's performance but didn't immediately
recognize what the problem wasWe had installed a video game and when it wasn't playing fast enough
I decided to view the system's memoryI had clearly seen lots of memory missingI had seen the system information
it said that there was 3GB of RAM on the computerI had opened the computer inside and individually took out
each stick of RAM and read how much memory was on itThere were two 1GB of RAM, and two 512MB sticks in thereWe know for a fact that there was 16GB on this computer, this computer was a $1,computer and there is over $of missing
memory from this computerIt is an extremely high powered computer, but after we went to Joe it wasn't as fast anymoreHe did
not show us how much RAM, or what the Hard drive was or anything when we went to pick it upHe simply lifted the computer and
put it in our car.
His response to this complaint is not only untruthful and dishonest, but very deceitfulHe was the only computer repair man
that had ever repaired our expensive computer, we never, ever, took it to anyone elseI just want my memory back, he is acting unprofessional
and childishHe had even called me "ugly" when I had spoken to him on the phoneHe is never going to admit that he stole expensive parts
from our computerI believe he took advantage of us, and tried to hide what he did from us all this time, but I am glad that I finally found out.
I did my researchA computer is very different from a carNo similarities thereIf you had a Vengine replaced with a Vyou would know that
right away because you drive the car aroundYou don't drive a computer aroundWhy would a mechanic switch engines? that would
be more of a major projectSwitching RAM from a computer is very very simple, and should take no longer than two minutes.
Also, computers can slow down for many many reasonsIt could have been anything, we trusted Joe the Computer Doctor enough
to not think that he would steal the RAM but I was very wrong, so it did take me a long time to look into itI am never, ever going to any
computer repair manI will be fixing my own computersFixing computers happens to be my hobby and my pass time so I am well educated with
computersWe brought it to him because he did the operating system we didn't have *** disk at the timeHe said to me on the phone
what operating system do you have? I said "*** 7"? He repeated the question, I said what does that have to do with it? He acted like I was
dumb and said "See you don't even know what operating system you have"I said "The operating system has nothing to do with how much RAM is
physically in the computer"He disagreedI don't know what to do anymore I just simply want my stolen memory back I am quite frustrated at this point
not only over what he did, but his reaction and him being unprofessional about the problem.
Regards,
