I could have done a better home inspection than this guy.I was not here at the time he did the inspection. The things he missed were the roof leaks and needs replacment.The toilets leaked and were bad,insulation was falling in the crawl space.Some outlets dont work.plumbing leaks under the kitchen sink and the pipes are bad.Sheetrock on ceiling was damaged from the leaking roof.Ceiling fans were gone but he didnt notice that either.
