Review: I believed that this bussiness is under paying their customer's. This is the second time I have used this bussiness and was under paid, and treated rudely.Desired Settlement: I would just hope that someone will investigate this matter and bussiness.It suppose to be a dollar ninety eight cents per pound aluminum, I had four point two pounds which should come to seven dollars and ninety eight cents,I revived six dollars and sixty cents...plus I had two pounds of plastic which is a dollar per pound. So as to what I would like to see happen is just that this matter be addressed.

According to Mr. [redacted], he was cheated, when in fact, [redacted] tried to explain to him, that the weight on the scale included the weight of his cans and the container they were in, and that we subtracted the weight of the container. He has been in once or twice before and has always been surly and rude himself. [redacted] told him if he was un-happy he could take back his items and go somewhere else. (The price of our cans is $1.90) We have been at this location for over 20 years, [redacted] goes out of his way to assist people and even takes customers well after we have closed.
