I am rejecting this response because: Mr. [redacted] responded immediately after the work was done. I have texts from him apologizing for not fixing the problem. He used excuses like the weather, a relative was in the hospital, he needed to get a bigger truck in order to bring the mulch necessary to complete the job,his streets were flooded and couldn't get out, his phone wasn't working, his text was not working, he had to get some guys to help him. In response to his accusations, I finally found out where he lived. I drove by his home and he was sitting outside. He again agreed to fix the problem. The second time I went by, he was again outside and we had a long conversation about fixing the problem. No one got upset or yelled at anyone. The last time I went by, I observed Mr. [redacted] sitting in the window. I went to the door and knocked. A young lady said he was not home and she would tell him I was there. I said I just saw him but she said nothing. I walked away and called Mr. [redacted] a "[redacted]". It was the first any only time I got upset. I did not scare that young lady. She was not visibly upset. It is not her fault her relative is a [redacted]. I paid him $1500.00 for nothing. He even said that Mr. [redacted] lied to him about the job. He said he was told the job was &1,000.00. This man lead me on time and again, promising to fix the problem for months and months. Weeds came up within two weeks. There is no writing on the contract saying it was guaranteed for one year only. Apparently, his plan was to procrastinate until the customer gives up. He needs to be stopped from lying and cheating people. I may never get my job fixed or money back, but I hope you can stop Mr. [redacted] from further frauding other people. contract states work is guaranteed for 1 year.  Mrs. [redacted] has harrassed us for 3 years now.  She has been to our house several times.  The past time she screamed at our minor granddaughter, scared her, then was peaking in our windows and beating on all our doors.  Our granddaughter was scared to death cause we were not home.When our worker finished the job 3 years ago she was very happy with our work that was done.We cannot be responsible for weeds that she is getting 3 years later.
