Customer reserved [redacted] truck online. She did not call our other business, Joe York's Auto Sales, Inc, which is totally separate from [redacted], or our [redacted] truck phone line. The $401 quote was for the 16ft truck ($332) and tow dolly ($69). ...

It plainly states online that there are TAXES and additional fees and gives the exact amount. It also clearly states that when the truck is picked up there is a REFUNDABLE deposit of $150 that will be placed as a hold on your credit card. Then deposit is fully refunded pending any additional charges at check in. Customer signed and initialed a contract that clearly stated that if the truck is dropped off after normal business hours or on a holiday, the destination dealer will charge a $10 Drop Off Fee. Breakdown of charges are as follows:

Customer should have received $150 - $10 Drop Off Fee refunded to her credit card, making the rental total $466.78 charged to the card. However, we were not the destination dealer and have no idea if she incurred any additional charges (ie..late fees, fuel expenses, etc). Providing that customer had no additional charges, the customer is basically asking for refund of all taxes charged and the $10 Drop Off Fee that was clearly stated in the contract that customer could have taken the time to read.
